Due to the personalised nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewellery to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.

We offer a six-month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults. This does not include wear or tear, broken chains, chipped stones etc., although our jewellers will repair pieces at a cost.
