Refund policy

All sales are final. Each piece is made for you after you order, in the stone, metal and size you choose, which is why we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. Unsure of your size or which stone to choose? Message us before you order and we’ll help.

One-year warranty. For a year from your purchase date, we’ll fix any manufacturing fault at no cost. This doesn’t extend to normal wear over time, damage from knocks or misuse, or lost pieces.
