Do you offer warranty?
Yes! For 6 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Please contact us to discuss further.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

How long will my order take?
Good things take time. Every piece is made to order with intention and care. Our stones are individually handpicked, and each ring is cast in gold and hand-set by our craftsmen.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. Some pieces may be finished sooner, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped fully insured, require signature on delivery, and typically arrive within 4–7 business days from date of shipment.
Please note that duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.
Returns Policy & Warranty
At Sunday Finest, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalised nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewellery to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.

Craft & Materials
All our pieces are made using 14K or 18K gold or platinum and we work closely with our suppliers to select the finest lab and natural diamonds and coloured stones.
Our lab diamonds range from VVS1-VS and colour D-G, while natural diamonds are SI ranging from G-H colour. All of our engagement ring centre stones and larger feature diamonds are certified by either GIA or IGI. These independent certifications provide a detailed report of each diamond’s quality, including its cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. The smaller diamonds used throughout our collections are not individually certified. This is standard industry practice, as certifying every small stone would dramatically increase the cost of each piece without adding meaningful value.
