Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any manufacturing fault occurs. Please contact us to discuss further.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Every piece is made for you once you order. We hand-pick each stone, and our jewellers cast and set it in gold.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. Some pieces may be finished sooner, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way. 

Every parcel is insured and needs a signature, and usually arrives 3 to 4 business days after it ships.

Please note that duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. 

All sales are final. Each piece is made for you after you order, in the stone, metal and size you choose, which is why we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. Unsure of your size or which stone to choose? Message us before you order and we’ll help.

One-year warranty. For a year from your purchase date, we’ll fix any manufacturing fault at no cost. This doesn’t extend to normal wear over time, damage from knocks or misuse, or lost pieces.

We choose every diamond and coloured stone ourselves, in lab-grown or natural, set in 14k or 18k gold or platinum.

Our lab diamonds range from VVS1-VS and colour D-G, while natural diamonds are SI ranging from G-H colour. All of our engagement ring centre stones and larger feature diamonds are certified by either GIA or IGI. These independent certifications provide a detailed report of each diamond’s quality, including its cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. The smaller diamonds used throughout our collections are not individually certified. This is standard industry practice, as certifying every small stone would dramatically increase the cost of each piece without adding meaningful value.
